A strong staff is a key to our success.  We work hard to hire and to retain some of the best technicians in the business.  We feel fortunate to have attracted and to maintain a strong staff across the board making it possible for Invision to deliver consistently high quality products to our customers.
 
Repair Technicians:  Our eight repair technicians combine for 200+ years of experience averaging just over 25 years.  With this wealth of experience, Invision is prepared for all repairs scenarios that may be presented to us.  We have technicians specializing in various manufacturers making it possible for us to match their expertise with the jobs currently being run through the shop.
Greg Bovee – 26 years experience; ASE and ICAR certifications
Barr Cradit – 31 years; ICAR, ASE, STG and MASC certifications
Dave Crouch – 20 years experience; ICAR certification
Mark Deidiker – 31 years experience; ICAR certified
Phil Hewitt – 14 years experience; ICAR, Celette certified
Moe Passley – 36 years; ICAR, MACS; seven years experience managing a collision repair operation.
Dave Upham – 31 years experience; ICAR and ASE certifications

Painters:  our experienced painters are both BASF certified as well as Factory Certified
Andy Helsel – 15 years experience; RM certification, ICAR
Justin Williams – 22 years experience; RM certification, ICAR

Mechanical:
Clint Compton- 13 years certification; ASE, ICAR and Factory Certified.

Estimators:  all estimators are ASE certified
Robert Downey, Jr. – Invision General Manager: 30+ years industry experience
Wayde Bloedorn - 22 years industry experience with 2 years of collision repair facility management Experience.
Jim LaRiviera - 27 years industry experience including 3 years experience managing collision repair centers.
John Reif – 25 year experience including 16 years of collision repair center management experience.
